Track their Votes
I recently started receiving an e-newsletter that tracks the votes of your representatives in DC. It tells you how they voted on bills that came before them the week before and the bills that are pending in the upcoming week.
For example, on the Child Interstate Abortion Notification Act (that was before the House this past week) you can find out that the only members of the Minnesota delegation that voted against this common sense bill were Rep Betty McCollum (DFL CD4) and Rep. Martin Olav Sabo (DFL CD5).
